Spell checker in outlook.

Since using Windows XP my spell checker in Outlook
Express wont work anymore, all I get is an error
saying: "an error occurred while the spelling was being
checked". I use Word 97 which I've re-installed a few
times now and it still wont work.

This is often simply due to a missing or corrupted DLL file

1.. Go to the i386 directory of your XP source files
2.. Run Expand csapi3t1.dl_ csapi3t1.dll (Note: If your source files are
on a CD, you will need to put a path before the csapi3t1.dll since you can't
write to the CD).
3.. Copy the file to the Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof
directory

Just wanted to say thanks for the help.
I was also pointed to this site:

Seems it's a common problem with XP. I've now saved a
copy of the missing DLL file in case I need it in the
future.
