Is the Spell Check fixable for Outlook Express V 6 and
Windows XP Pro??? What a pain not to have spell check.

Outlook Express has never had it's own spellchecker. It borrows from another
program if the speller is compatible. There is a freeware add-on here if you
need it http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=2952 Once installed open
Outlook Express and go to Tools->Options and click the Spelling Tab. Check
the appropriate boxes.

Neither Outlook Express in Windows XP, nor in any other version of Windows, has ever come with a Spell Checking facility. By default Outlook Express uses the spell checker that comes with Microsoft Word, (or another Microsoft Office program) if you have it installed.
If you don't have Word or Office installed, you probably don't have a spell checker. However there are several downloadable freeware/shareware alternative spell checkers that work with Outlook Express and Outlook. Since I have no personal experience with any of these, I'll wait and let someone else recommend one.
