SPAM Inspector support

Have been trying to get a query answered by Giant for two months! Finally
today they advised that I should raise a Spyware query on this Microsoft
site. Here goes..
I bought and have run Spam Inspector for two years. Now it sometimes puts
emails in DELETED folder for no good reason. a) Am I on the right site? b)
What's wrong?

John, I've got to say that I've yet to see anyone here with expertise about
Spam Inspector. We just don't have folks here who know that product--and
you've been steered wrong, I'm afraid.

I do wonder, however, whether the placement of the emails in a given folder
is determined by rules in your email client? If that's the case, and I
suspect it may well be--a newsgroup related to the email client you are
using might be the best place to learn more about how to fix this.

This page is about all that I know about the current state of support for
Giant-branded software:
