[SPAM] in the subject header.

I am receiving emails from my friends (i.e. not junk) where [SPAM] is
attached to the subject header as soon as I have sent them. Does anyone know
if I can get rid of it somewhere in the settings?

It's not an Outlook setting. It is either done by a third party anti-spam
tool you are using or done by your ISP.

You said you're _receiving_ mails that have SPAM in the subject as soon as
you _sent_ them. Unless you're copying yourself on the messages, how is it
that you're receiving them?
Perhaps you mean that your friends are *telling* you that your messages have
SPAM in the subject. If that's what you really mean then the problem is at
your friends' end. They have a spam scanner on their machine or on their
ISP's mail server that is adding that. You're not doing it and you can't
stop it. They must. If that's not what you mean, do you mean that you're
receiving mail from your friends and those messages have SPAM in the
subject? If that's the case, then *you* have the spam scanner add-in and
you'll need to either adjust it to allow your friends' mail in or stop using
it altogether.
