spam e-mails?

So of my e-mails are not getting to me. How do I set up my computer to
accept certain spam e-mails? I am using windows xp outlook. I also am using
McAfee.

That's up to the software you use to filter your SPAM. Even if it's
Outlook, unless you explicitly told it to delete SPAM, you will have a Junk
E-mail folder where the junk gets moved and you can look in there.
