SP4 Group Policy Installation

I'm trying to test installing SP4 on all machines on my network using the
group policy editor. I've created a group policy called "SP4 Install" on
the only existing domain and only assigned it to my personal workstation.
Under "computer configuration", "software settings", "software
installation", I've added a new package that points to the the SP4
update.msi, by specifying the resource (not the drive letter).

This doesn't seem to work and in the application log for the workstation I
get "There is no software installation data object in Active Directory"

source: Application Management
event ID: 108

I'm fairly new to Actice Directory, could anyone help me out?

.
It would appear that you need to put your computer
account in the OU to which the GPO was assigned.

I am confussed when you state that you have assigned it
to your personal computer. What exactly did you do?
