SP4 and DBGHELP.DLL

everytime i try to install SP4 or even SP3, I ge ta
messaage that says "DBGHELP.dll" is in use by another
program blah blah

anyway, i ctrl-alt-del and go to task manager, shut
EVERYTHING down, shut down all stuff, no anti-virus is
running, directCD shut down, EZCD creator shut down, etc.,
MSN messenger, all of it.

shut down.

yet I keep getting that message. This is drivign me
rather crazy, if anyone could please advise, I'd
appreciate it. thanks.

Try installing the service pack from safe mode.

I tried that. same thing happens. Same file pops up as
being in use. It isn't shown in ctrl-alt-del processes
either
