SP3 and Form Templates

Hi,
Does anybody have a workaround for our problem.

We currently have some email forms saved as templates that our sales people
use to notify of a sale. We have offices all over the place and we are not
all on the same network so, we felt the forms idea would work.

However those that have upgraded to SP3 find the forms do not work, get a msg:

"The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form
instead"

If we unload SP3 it works fine. I can access them ok from Tools\Form\Choose
a Form while SP3 is loaded, but they don't work when saved as a *.oft file.

Can anybody tell me if there is something I need to do to the form to make
this work?
