SP 2 Loaded, Now says I need SP1

Loaded SP2 and ran update service. Now says I need to
load SP1. I was already running SP1 before I upgraded to
SP2. Is this accurate? Now I load SP1 again?

Go to Control Panel > System > General tab. In the section called "System:"
you will see what service pack, if any, is installed on your system.
