I am using Windows XP Home Edition. Until the past few
days I was able to use the sound recorder with no
difficulty. I can still insert pre-recorded sounds into
e-mail, but when I attempt to make a new recording, I
click on the red dot to start recording and this message
appears:
"Another application is recording audio. Stop recording
with this other application and then try to record with
Sound Recorder Again."
The only problem is ... I haven't installed or used
another sound recording application and, to the best of
my knowledge, don't have any recording application other
than the Sound Recorder that came with XP Home Edition.
Help ... Please. This isn't earth-shattering, but is
annoying.
