sound not working

hi there,
i have updated to IE 7 and is running with windows XP and my sound is not
working. This has happened at work and at home. Also, it has happened to
another person i know. Do you know what this is about? And how do I fix this?

If you want help with your question, please try posting your message to a
newsgroup with "windows" in the description. They are on the bottom of the
