Sound card driver

i'am using asus mother board with amd processor. i have a sound card ( yamaha
XWAVE qs 3000 a series) which work on win 98. but when i upgrade it to win
XP, it is showing driver is not digitally signed. so please help me to get
new driver which have digital signature or to fix that problem.
