Sorting Custom View Outlook 2003

G

Guest

I have a user who is trying to create a custom view for her sent items. She
would like to have it sort by 3 different fields. It lets her setup the view
with the 3 sorts, but when she says apply, it only sorts by the 1st field.
When she goes back into the custom view for the view she just created, only 1
sort is listed. It doesn't seem to save all 3 sorts that she setup.
Any ideas why it won't let her sort on 3 different fields???

She is trying to sort by attachment, To, and then Sent date
It only ends up sorting by attachment.
Thanks.

I can successfully do that sort in Outlook 2007. Have you tried in on your
machine already?
