I use my right click all the time and one of the things on the list that I
use all the time is "new text file" now today I tried to use it and it isn't
there anymore????? I have no idea where it went to but I'd like to add it
back.

How can I add thengs to my right click menu?

Thanks

Create then merge this registry file to restore your missing
right-click '"New-->Text Document'.

1. Copy below and paste into Notepad.

----------copy-inside-only----------
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.txt\ShellNew]
"NullFile"=""

----------copy-inside-only----------

2. Save-as New_txt_file.reg (or any name + .reg)

3. Double-click or right-click and merge into the registry.
