SMTP logging

I have WinXP Pro. I need to log any traffic to SMTP servers.
More specifically, I should log the email addresses used by *any* program to
sent emails.

I tried hMailServer, but I think that I fail to configure some parameters,
so that it logs nothing.

Please, could somebody help me?

Thanks

Probably your best option here is to install a more sophisticated firewall,
and set it to log any outbound connections to remote port 25.

(Sunbelt) Kerio firewall suggests itself.

Or, given a broadband router, see if a rule can be created which disallows
port-25 access to all but the allowed hosts.

Installing a mailserver is not a solution, as that can always be bypassed.

I could try Kerio, but I have a doubt. I'm using Sygate Personal Firewall
Pro and when I send an email I see the SMTP server in the log, but I don't
see the address. When I send an email using BCC (blind carbon copy) I just
see the same SMTP server, in other words I don't see the addresses (I don't
know if my English is clear enough).

I cannot try that.

This is not a problem because the check is done by *me* in *my* PC.
This is my situation:
- I use a program which sends periodically an email to (e-mail address removed), and this
is good;
- I *must* use that program;
- I want that the program sends emails *only* to (e-mail address removed).

How can I check that?

Thank you for your help
