Login in win 2000 with win XP pro

Dear Friends,

I have a problem login in my Domain server.

I have 1 server win 2000 with basic configuration like AD, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.

In My Xp clients I configure the clients to log on in the AD server. Everything work normally, but is so much slowly.

In the Active Directory and don't configure anything my clients in win98 work normally and is faster.

This occour only in the clients with WinXP

I have read and want to know if anyone can helpme, I see that I can configure the policy settings of the AD, can this is the problem?

There are any configuration in the client or in the server that make the logon more faster ?

If anyone can help me.

Thanks so much

Cristiano

Your XP clients must be set to look at the DNS server in your Active
Directory domain in order to log on more quickly.
