Smoke or Fog Effect?

I noticed that iMovie has this effect does WMM2? If where can I go to get it
any help would be greatly appreciate

Hi there,

I purchased the effects sold by www.pixelan.com specifically for Movie Maker 2.
They have a Fire effect which is OK. As far as I know there is not one
available that could be called smoke. Also there are some effects in the
Digital Media pack that have what they call a Soft sweep....It would be a
stretch of the imagination to call them smoke though...but they are rather good
al;l the same
