SM Bus Controller

I recently installed both a new motherboard and the
Highpoint RocketRaid 404 controller card. The "SM Bus
Controller" item in the "Other devices" list in the device
manager has showed up and I cannot figure out what it is
to or where to find the drivers. If anyone knows what it
is and/or how I can get the correct drivers for it, Please
reply!

My computer is a 2.4GHz P4
1GB of ddr433 ram
D865GLC intel mobo
if that may have effected it..
