slow open folders

Hello I hope soem one can help me out in thsi concern , well everytime I try
to open one of my folders like "C" or others are really slow and sometimes
frezze it ...because this : I have to open a task manager everytime and
cilck on end task , .....why this is happen ? thanks.

You may have a virus or malware running in the background that's slowing
down your pc. See which process is taking up lot's of CPU usage in the
Taskbar and end the process.
You might want to scan your pc for viruses or use AdAware to clean from
spyware/malware.

thanks for the recomendation , I went in a Save mode in my PC and I did run
some antispyware porgrams "Super antyspyware,a2 square ,window washer , and
defragmented my disc ...the results is amazing my pc is running fast , thanks.
