Slow computer

I keep getting these pop ups from weather bug and
bannerfarms. I have adaware and spybot, but they dont'
get rid of that. I also have Avant as a browser, because
my internet explorer just gets millions of popups when I
use it. I am also getting this pop up on here saying
somthing about java to open this. What is going on?
Please help

I am now getting another message that says "Allow sub-
frames to navigate across different domains?" What the
heck does this mean, and how do I get rid of it?

Run Spybot Search & Destroy (Kolla) & Ad-Aware (Lavasoft) in safe mode. If
you have not updated the programs, do that *before you scan*. Enable your
firewall & check for updates for both programs.

Weatherbug is probably the most insidious program ever
invented. I had it two years ago and still am getting
crud from them. I finally had my lawyar send them a
snail mail message that legal action would be taken if
they didn't stop. I got a message back with some sort of
removal tool that finally killed the pop-ups.

Since that time, I have found that AdAware and Spybot
will take care of Weatherbug.
