Slide sorter view (thumbnails)

Slide sorter view (thumbnails) only shows blank slides with titles. How can
I see actual slide content in the sorter view.

There's a "show formatting" toggle button on the toolbar in slide sorter
view -- it has two As on it. Click that to toggle it on.
