Slide Advance to another PowerPoint presentation

Mark B (RSA)

In Presentation A, I have a slide on which there are a number of hyperlinks,
each of which goes to a seperate Powerpoint presentation (Presentation B,C,D
etc) At the end of these presentations, I want the last slide to
automatically advance to original slide in Presentation A. How do I do this?
I do not want to create another hyperlink.

I guess I'm not clear on what you want to do because what you want is
the default behavior. That is, whenever presentation B or C or D exits,
it should return you to the slide in Presentation A where it came from.
If you want this to happen automatically, then you need set automatic
transitions. Alternatively, you can have a button with Action Settings
set to hyperlink to End Show.

Please describe what your presentations are doing now that you don't
want them to do.

If you follow this tutorial about linking presentation together,
http://www.awesomebackgrounds.com/powerpointlinking.htm

then after presentation B has finished it will AUTOMATICALL return to the
original slide in presentation A - it does this without creating any more
hyperlinks (which results in a total mess!)
