Sky Anytime application error.

Just installed Anytime on XP SP2 but when trying to envoke application I get
'Application Exception' Sky inform me they are looking for a solution but
think it is to do with the Windows registry performance counter libraries
being corrupt or another application manually disabled it. I have tried
everything under my limited capabilities and was wondering if someone could
help, Please.

This really isn't the right newsgroup to ask this question as this one
is used by developers to discuss code and other issues related to .NET
technology.

You'd probably be able to get an answer in a general Windows XP
newsgroup or a in userforum for Anytime if Sky has such a service in place.
