Size of video image in Messenger

Is it possible to increase the size of the video image in
Windows Messenger?

If not, can you get a larger video image with NetMeeting?
Does NetMeeting work at all? - I can't make a call
because the directory function doesn't seem to work when
it says the directory is changing to MSN Messenger.

Greetings Mark,

No, but if you use MSN Messenger 6.x, you can increase the size:

The Netmeeting Directory has been shut down for years, you can still use it, but you'll need
to either call direct to your contacts' IP or use Windows Messenger (and various tweaks).
You can see more about Netmeeting on Windows XP on Brian Sullivan's excellent Netmeeting
site:

Dear Jonathan,

Thank you for your advice, but we have not solved the
problem yet.

I (and the person I want to hold a video conversation
with) installed MSN Messenger 6.1, and we were able to
see each other's Webcam - at a larger size - by clicking
the Webcam button on the toolbar.

But we were not able to get audio, and we were not able
to use the Start a Video Conversation command. We got
error messages saying that there were problems with the
other computer and that the conversation had ended
(before it started).

Do you have a solution to this? (I will try NetMeeting
later if I can't get MSN Messenger to work.)

Thanks for your help.

Mark
