Since re-installing XP Pro fax adderss book is gone

Is there any way to find my fax address book? The MS Level I tech told me to back-up only Appl Data, Desktop, Documents and Settings, Favorites, and Local Settings. I questioned this four times, and then did what he said... All of my OE was missing, and my fax address book has gone zippo, too. Any place it could be on this install, in any of those folders? I could kick someone for this--and not myself. thank you, very much.
