since downloading IE 8 I am unable to open links in emails

I am using Outlook 2007 since downloading the IE8 I can no longer open links
in emails i keep getting an error message that reads
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on your computer
please contact your administrator.
Any ideas what i need to do I would really appreciate.

You have multiposted this. In your other post in the IE8 newsgroup I gave you the
steps to do manually as per the link that Diane posted . Check your other posting in
the IE8 newsgroup
