All of a sudden I cannot open links within emails, why?

I cannot open links within emails since today. I have had Outlook 2007 since
August 2008 when i purchased a new computer. I have been unable to hot sink
my HP handheld or my Palm handheld but now it has suddently stopped allowing
me to view links sent for my viewing in my emails i recive. The message
reads, "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on
this computer. Please contact the system administrator." I am the system
administrator and have done nothing to warrent this message. Can anyone help
me figure this out. It happened after the last automatic updates.
