Sims 2 problems

Every time I try to install it it says Error Executing D:/ Support/ The Sims
2 _uninst. exe only part of ReadProcessMemory on WriteProcess Memory Request
was completed

Error Excuting D:/ Support/ The Sims 2_code. exe%1 is not a valid Win 32
application

It's really annoying and we called Dell and cox Support! please help!!

Let's try a couple of things to get that working for you again:

1. Startup your system in SAFE MODE by pressing F8 repeatedly
while your system is booting up after you've shut down your system

2. Log in with an account you've created as a "Computer Administrator"
account that you'll use to play the game, but don't use a Limited account.
