Simplified Chinese IME for Windows XP Pro

Hi all,
I heard that Windows XP Pro can write the simplified Chinese via the Chinese
Input Method Editor (IME). I have the following questions:
1) Where can I download the IME to my Windows XP Pro?
2) I saw that MSDN has the Chinese IME 3.0 for Windows CE and the Chinese
IME 5.02 for Ofiice XP. I do not think the Chinese IME 3.0 is right for
Windows XP Pro.
I tried to install the Chinese IME 5.02 to my Windows XP Pro PC and got the
message said the Chinese IME 5.02 is not for Windows XP Pro. I am completely
lost now. Please help and tell me where I can get the right Chinese IME and
what version it is.
3) If the Windows XP Pro has the necessary IME, how can I access and
configurate it in my PC?
Please help and advise.
