Simple WMP11 Performance Question

Regarding performance for those of you that are testing versions above build
5384, is WMP11 much better on the resources and faster than it was in Beta
2? Visualizations in particular are pretty sluggish in WMP11 on beta 2 for
me (much slower than WMP10 on XP) and was just curious if that got ironed
out? mfpmp.exe in particular is eating between 10 and 20% of my CPU when
playing music and WMP11 stalls (the music actually stalls) on occasion.
Aero Glass also gets slower when WMP11 is running. (Assuming it's a video
driver issue from previous posts.) I'm using the new Creative Audigy
drivers, and it didn't seem to increase the performance level of WMP11 any.
Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem, Athalon 64 3000+, Audigy sound card, Nvida FX5500
graphics with 256MB. This occurs using WMP11, Creative EAX player, and
WinTV-USB, both 64Bit and 32Bit Vista. Everything runs well under XP.

I am also having a very sluggish experience when it comes to MP11. Hee is
what I have noticed though:

* I turned off glass thinking it would help with sluggish usic playing
(songs almost seem to skip when played. Maybe more like stutter), but that
didn't help.
* I tried to narrow down the songs I had a problem with and it seems like it
is any song with a bit rate of 160. In my testing it seems like the songs
tht stuttered throughout the song every time were those with 160 bitrate.
Those with 192 bit rate may stuter once during teh song and I didn't hear any
stutter in 128kb songs.
