Simple dial-up software for download files

Where are these old modem programs?
I just want to dial up a remote PC with a modem and download a file
from that PC.
No TCP/IP or addresses.

One PC is located at a mountain cabin. This PC has a webcam connected
and also a cell-phone with built in modem. Now, from my home PC I just
want to dial up this PC and download the latest webcam still photo.
What software should I use on both PC?

I don't care if it's old modem software or uses TCP/IP or not.
