Signatures on Outlook Web Access 2003

I just recieved Outlook and Outlook Web Access 2003 at work. I have applied
a signature with a picture into Outlook and I would like to do the same in
Outlook Web Access. I tried to copy and paste the picture but that lovely
red x came up instead of my picture.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can insert an image into the
signature panel on Outlook Web Access 2003?

Ask in an Exchange newsgroup as OWA is part of Exchange and not Outlook. In
general copying a picture between a client application and a web application
doesn't work.
