signatures in outlook 2007

my signatures are no logner in my tool bar tab "include." My signarures are
also greyed out, unable to edit in tools options email signatures.

What happened? How do i fix?

Are there any other options that are dimmed too?
Did you already activate your version of Outlook?

If you are in a corporate network, your corporate admin could have disabled
these options as a policy. Contact him/her to verify this.
