I have a signature that includes my picture. Whenever I send an email to
someone it includess my picture image as an attachment. How can I stop this?
Hi, You cant as long as you have the picture inside the signature. You
can insert the picture in the background in the stationary. Use edit
stationary and use front page to insert the picture as the background.
Then in outlook create the signature. This way when you creat a new
email the picture will be part of the stationary. The signature will
be the text in outlook that adds to the email. but you still might
have a file that comes with the email but it wont be like an
attachment. You can aslo create the stationary and use a hyperlink in
the stationary to a online stored photo. When people open the email
then the picture will be pulled of the internet and dysplayed. These
are the only ways i can think of getting a picture in there without
having it show as a attachment.
