Signature appears as attachment

have created a signature block comprised of a photo and text in the
signature editor of Outlook. When I send emails to other useres it appears in
the body of the email ( as it should) but also as a picture attachment. How
can I stop this happening ?

I've search this forum for the same question. I've stumbled onto solution
that worked for me. We just recreated the signature but instead of clicking
