Signature changes

We use signatures in Outlook 2003. I generally set one up on my Outlook
profile then I copy it to everybody else by sending and email and cutting and
pasting it. Then I just simply change the name. This till now has worked fine
for everyone. I have one user who has noticed a problem, when she receives an
email which is plain text and not html and clicks reply the signature at the
bottom is the one with my name in it. But when I check in Signatures under
Mail Format the only one that exists there is the one with the users name.

Has anyone got any ideas how just for plain text emails it seems to pick up
the signature from somewhere else?

The signature exists of multiple templates; one for each message format. You
must adjust the txt-version of the template for that user and possibly also
the rtf-version.
