Sign-in to Microsoft Passport Network?

Hi:
Upon attempting post my thread in one of MS Group,
rectangular box popping up in the middle of screen,

Signin to Microsoft Communities

asking, e-mail address along with Passport

At the bottom: Microsoft Passport Network

I'm, frankly not interested in 'sign-in,' then I want to get
rid of this.

My question is:
How to get rid of this, 'Sign in Microsoft Passport Network?'
Is there something I have an obligation before posting any of
my thread?

Hi,

From Windows Mail, click tools/options, and on the general tab uncheck the
line to use newsgroup ratings features.
