Microsoft .Net Passport Sign In

Does anyone know how I can remove the .net Passport sign
in from popping up every 10 minutes on my PC? I have
tried to remove the account from the .Net Passport page,
but this did not help.

Is Windows or MSN Messenger configured to load when Windows boots?

Do you use Outlook Express and is Contacts pane enabled (View>Layout)?
