Shutting down windows troublesome

When I shut down windows XP I keep getting two or three dialogue boxes with a
message that a programme is closing down and once complete i get a message
that the programme is not responding. I 'end now' and then often another
dialogue box pops up with another programme that needs to close. I repeat the
process. The only info I can see about the location of these programmes is
TRSDKd ww:C\Programme Files\ MSN..... and the other is TRSDKd ww:C\ Programme
Files\ Google....

What can I do to stop these...

Spyware causes many problems. If not installed download and run Adaware
and / or update Reference file
