Shutdown

Hi! When putting my Vista Home Premium PC to sleep (using the Vista sleep
button), the fan begins blowing and the computer cannot be re-awakened from
sleep mode. You must hold the power button in for several seconds and
completely shut down the PC. It often does the same when I use the shutdown
option in Vista. I am using the defaults in the High Performance Power
Option. Thanks for anyone's help!

Go to Change Advanced Power Settings.

Set hard drive to turn off a minute or 2 before sleep.

Set Hybrid and Hibernate modes to "Off"

Under USB settings select "Disable"

Under Multimedia select "Allow ....."
