Shut Down vs. Log Off

Hi,

I just re-formatted my hard drive and re-installed Windows XP Home. Now,
when I click on "start" and "turn off computer" it no longer gives me the
buttons to shut down or hibernate as it used to. Instead, it is asking if I
want to change users or log off...how can I change this? I am the only user
so I don't need a "user" set up and I think that might be where I blew it in
installation...I gave myself a name "Kathy"...can anyone help with
instructions?

click start the run and type this nusrmgr.cpl and or this one lusrmgr.msc
the click ok check to see who the other users are.
