Shut Down & Run Icons disappeared

I somehow got nailed by a lot of spyware yesterday. I cleaned up most
if not all of it I think, but somehow the Shut Down and Run links in my
XP Start Menu have disappeared.

I used a regedit tweak from Kelly's Corner as outlined in this thread
to bring back the Run icon:

How do I get back the Shut Down icon? Only Log Off is there now...
