Shrink, then motion path move to corner

Hi,

This is probably an easy question, but I wanted to post it nonetheless
because I don't know the answer!

I have two logos in the center of the first slide. I want them first
to shrink, then to move into opposite corners of the slide.

I got the two logos to be big at first in the center, then to both
shrink simultaneously.

But how do I add the second effect, to have them both go along line
motion paths to move to the corners.

Thanks in advance!

Assuming that you have PowerPoint 2002 or better (since you have
simultaneous shrinking ability), you will need to add a motion path for each
logo to take it to where you want them to rest.

To add a motion path top one of them, select the object in the edit pane,
right click, and select custom animations. Then, click on the "add"
animation button at the top of the animation pane and select motion path
from the list. I'd recommend using the custom line settings and drawing a
line (with the mouse pointer) from the center of the logo placement to the
center of the logo's resting location. Repeat this process for the other
logo. The, on the second logo, change the animation to with previous, and
change the first to after previous. Now, what will happen is this. 1. Your
logos will shrink simultaneously (as you have already set up) then
immediately they will go to their respective corners.
