Show the occurence # of a recuring event

Is there a way to have Outlook display the occurence number of an event? This
would be particulary useful for anniversaries where gifts are dictated by the
occurence or for "milestone" birthdays. Outlook knows when the event is to
occur but is there a field (like &birthday ir &anniversary) that gives you
the occurence number?

Thanks in advance for suggestions.

No. You'd need to create a single appointment for each birthday and
anniversary with the occurrence in it.

If you want to do this, see http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/countdown.htm.

if you don't need to add it to the subject and just want to see the age when
you open the contact, you can use a custom field in a form. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/age_form.htm for the formula.
