Show Related Links toolbar malfunction

Each time I click on the Show Related Links tool bar
under Tools, it opens the left hand side window and it
shows some funny results from Google in German language.

Could someone please advise me how to rectify this as I
am unable to find a solution by searching on the net or
the microsoft website?
