Show Progress

I checked the always hide this dialog box that comes up when I hit send and
receive messages. Now how do I get it back,so it'll show the progress?
I'm using Outlook 2000.

I think you can click on the status bar (bottom right of window) and choose
the Show Progress option and uncheck the hide option when the dialog appears

Nothing happens when I right or left click or double click it,

Is there a little arrow on the end (right) of it?

Yes there is but it doesn't do anything when I click it, maybe I should try
clicking it when I'm actually receiving mail

I got it, while I was receiving mail I clicked the status bar and then
details and it came up, it all happened so fast I don't really know what I
did.
