When one creates a shortcut, the name is "shortcut to.."
How do you get WinXP to leave out "shortcut to"?
I tried TweakUI but couldn't find an option there to do it.

The TweakUI option is found on "Explorer."

In TweakUI, look under Explorer -> Settings.
Make sure Prefix "Shortcut to" on new shortcuts is unchecked.
Click OK.

Just to be sure, you are using this version of TweakUI?
