shortcut for highlight pen

I am using ppt2003.
What is keyboard shortcut for highlight pen?
I know ctl+p = regular pen, ctl+a = arrow
There is "H" showing next to the highlight pen but
none of ctl+h or alt+h or shift+h work.
please advise.

If you have Tools > Options > View > Show popup toolbar, you can click on
the Pen and select Highlight. Otherwise you'll need to right click and
select Pointer Options > Highlighter. I guess it's assumed that you would
do this before the audience arrives. There are no documented keyboard
shortcuts for the pen options.

PowerPoint doesn't provide the functionality that you are looking for.
