for some reason i am unable to share the c drive on my
computer in windown xp. Does anyone have any information
on why the sharing tab wouldn't even show up on the
properties screen of the c drive properties. Any
information would be greatly appreciated.

Under My Computer, on the Tools Menu, Folder Options, View tab, the very
last option is Use simple file sharing. Is it turned on? Does your user
account have Administer rights?
