sharing folders with a password

Does anyone know how to get xp to 'share folders with a
password' like win 98 does?
Xp only seems to allow the use of 'permissions' from the
owner of the folder to share the folder with no password.
Unlike win 98 allows you to put a password on the shared
folder to either 'read only' or 'full access', XP seems
to take away the choice of having a password.
